Innovative Ragers was started in 2022 by Jordan Petties, a military veteran who served two back-to-back deployments in 2018 and 2019 specializing in logistics. After his service, Petties studied software engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington and shifted his focus toward building a company that blends technology and growth.

Along the way, he was selected for the Goldman Sachs Fellows Program and the Goldman Sachs Virtual Insight Series, which helped shape the vision behind Innovative Ragers — a business built on web development, distribution, and government contracting..
